Accommodation in the hostel is carried out on the basis of the presentation of identity documents, in accordance with paragraph 18 and paragraph 19 of the “Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation”, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2020 No. 1853. The administrator must provide:

Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.

Foreign passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation

Birth certificate – for a person under 14 years of age.

Hostel guests with a passport, but under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by parents, guardians or other legal representatives. If guests check in unaccompanied, they must have a power of attorney from their parents or persons replacing them with them.

Military ID, officer’s ID.

General passport of a foreign citizen.

Foreign passport of a foreign citizen.

Migration card.

According to the migration legislation, all foreign citizens are required to be registered at the place of stay no later than one day from the moment of arrival. A foreign citizen is obliged to notify the hostel administration in advance of his arrival and the need to register at the place of stay.

When checking into the hostel, the guest signs the guest card. The hostel administration has the right to accommodate guests regardless of their gender and age.
Take care of the property and equipment of the hostel. In case of loss or damage to things, immediately notify the administrator on duty. In case of detection of breakdowns of electrical equipment, furniture and other property located in the room and the hostel, the guest is obliged to inform the administrator about this fact. In case of damage to the property of the hostel, the guest undertakes to compensate the damage incurred by the hostel in the amount established by the administration of the hostel, according to the current market value.
The room must be kept clean and tidy. Be sure to carry out daily dry and wet cleaning. The presence of garbage and the storage of food in the room and / or on the balcony is unacceptable, for violation of the internal regulations and rules of living in the hostel, sanctions are applied up to eviction with compensation for damage to the organization.
The tenant is obliged to monitor his sleeping place. Change bed linen in a timely manner (it is forbidden to sleep without bed linen), as well as make the bed. Sleeping on a bed in “street”, dirty, foul-smelling clothes is unacceptable.
The use of electric kettles, electric and gas stoves, open heaters, especially smoking, is a gross violation of fire safety requirements.
Drinking alcohol, using narcotic and psychotropic drugs, being intoxicated, as well as being in a modified state entails the imposition of sanctions with compensation for damage to the organization and subsequent eviction without reimbursement of funds.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Hostel “Mom, I’m away”, as well as on the balconies. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas, but no closer than 5 meters from the hostel premises, for smoking in the wrong place and violation of the internal regulations and rules of living in the hostel, sanctions are applied up to eviction with compensation for damage to the organization.
Guests must notify the hostel administrator in advance of their departure. On the day of departure, the guest must approach the administrator 10 minutes before the departure time and:
Return property transferred for temporary use or lease, according to the list,
Return the electronic guest card and/or room keys,
Take away and/or dispose of food from the refrigerator,
In case of loss or damage to property transferred for temporary use or rent, the guest will be charged according to the current market value.
It is forbidden to disturb the peace of the guests living in the room and in other rooms of the hostel. Perform any actions that interfere with the comfortable stay of other guests. Communication with the hostel staff and its customers is carried out only in a friendly and businesslike manner: raising the tone and any form of profanity is prohibited on the territory of the hostel.

Forbidden:

Stay with pets on the territory of the hostel without the consent of the administration;
Rearrange in the room and take out of it furniture, bedding without the permission of the administration;
Sit, lie down, put bags, personal belongings on unoccupied and unpaid beds prepared for the arrival of other guests;
Use the property of the hostel for other purposes;
Independently repair furniture, electrical equipment, kettles, TVs, sockets, etc.;
It is forbidden to carry and store cold weapons, firearms, narcotic substances, alcohol and dangerous substances in the rooms;
Leave your personal belongings and towels in common areas (kitchen, bathroom, toilet), as well as leave bags and backpacks in common areas;
Take food and utensils out of the kitchen area;

Leave stale products in the refrigerator, make sure that the products are in sealed packaging, do not leave strong-smelling products in the refrigerator, do not overload the refrigerator, be sure to sign your products (indicating your full name, number and period of residence), before leaving, do not forget to pick up or throw away spoiled products, it is forbidden to take other people’s products, the hostel administration has the right to dispose of unsigned or expired products on its own.

The administration reserves the right to call the police, the National Guard or other employees of the executive branch responsible for the safety of citizens and public law and order in the event that people are in the hostel in an alcoholic or narcotic, toxic, modified state / intoxication.

In cases not provided for in these rules, the rules established by the civil legislation in force on the territory of the Russian Federation shall apply.
